  • Fighters whose stock has dropped in the past years or so

I think the fighter that has had their stock drop the most is Martin Murray..

Last year he was the uncrowned mw champ, but since the serg fight, he has lost all momentum and hype by not taking any big fights and instead trying to milk his newfound status vs subpar competition. This has really affected his status in the sport and is basically just an after thought in the mw division now..

Yeah, he went from the Lucas win to rod salka... Smh

I would also say donaire has had a tremendous downfall since the rigo fight.. Even in victory he hasn't looked good.. Seems like a million years ago when he was FOTY and top 5 p4p

Broner by a mile. It rose and dropped after the Maidana fight and no one's buying it anymore. I never bought it in the first place but many people did.

Danny Garcia is an obvious pick.

I'd also add Stevenson. Considering he went from having a year (2013) where he avenged his loss, beat Dawson, Cloud and his mandatory in Bellew all by stoppages to ducking Kovalev and now his performance vs Fonfara. His stock has certainly taken a hit.

Matthysse is also not the boogeyman he once was struggling with a career LW.

We'll see when he headlines that card on September 6th. I'm hearing they're expecting a sellout and Broner is fighting a rather unknown.
