Both have great amateur backgrounds, Lomachenko the better of the two but Gamboa is the more seasoned vet. If this fight were to ever be made (Doubtful) it would be an epic showdown between Two excellent boxers. I envision a close battle between the two but the fact remains Lomachenko is more willing to use his feet while Gamboa much rather enjoys putting on a show. If Gamboa could sucker Lomachenko in, Gamboa is the person to test Lomachenkos chin (as does Russell Jr, but lacked the ability to find the target).

Personally this is an awesome match up, which could go either way but I would lean more toward Lomachenko by Decison, with a small but close chance to show if Lomachenko can handle a beating and if he can't Gamboa by 50/50 chance of TKO or Decision.

I think Lomachenko would win by KO. I used to be a Gamboa fan but he doesn't seem to be nearly as good as he once was and Lomachenko is looking great these days.

Lmao at the majority of guys voted for Loma KO. Loma doesn't even seem to be a big puncher in his own division and Gamboa would come down from 135. Crawford's size and power > Loma's power. Whole different ballgame.
No way that Lomachenko's power would stop Gamboa. I can accept if you think that he would somehow UD Gamboa but if you think that he would KO Gamboa then you're delusional.
