Has Batman genuinely beaten Superman H2H? Can he beat him H2H?

So when Batman vs Any superhero is mentioned, the comment always pops up "He beat Superman."

It always seems like Superman is holding back, doesn't want to fight Batman, and can easily kill Batman if he wanted to. To the Batman fans, doesn't this feel cheap to you? Don't you feel the "wins" are a little off knowing the fact that Superman can kill Batman if he wanted to?

I mean in Dark Knight Returns, they were having a H2H battle, with Superman holding back big time, then Batman got help from Green Arrow with the kryptonite arrow. Not using super speed and you get the impression Superman could easily grab Batman and super speed his way into space, killing Batman in the vacuum of space. In Hush, Superman was holding back and even Batman admitted it.

So when people say, Batman beat Superman, or Batman kicks Superman's ass every time(with lots of help and Superman holding back), do they ignore the fact that Superman holds back his true power and Batman knows this.

The only comic batman ever won against superman was dark knight returns. Every other time they faced supes pretty much embarrassed batman although most other times hes under mind control (and holding himself back).

He also put bruce in a coma during the maxwell lord saga. I dont take millar batman serious. He cant stand superman anyway which is why hes always written as a government pawn in his runs. Not to mention batman uses guns in millars writing which leads me to believe he doesnt understand him that well either.
