So many things wrong with this fight

First, Velez has fought only three times against nobodies at this weight.

Second, the fight is for Dib's title at 126, and AnimalisticMeth says its at 130.

Third, Velez apparently is Miguel Promotion's first fighter to get a title shot.

What the fuk is wrong with promoters and managers cashing out on top prospects so early? I can see as another Dulorme and Del Valle kind of fight in which experience will prevail. Wrong move by Cotto in my opinion. PR is in a really bad shape right now in boxing and promoters/managers are not doing anything to improve it and I am from PR.

they didn't try to cash them out. They tried to move them against somebody they thought they could beat, but ended up losing out.
