If that's the case, then no team has a better combination than Williams and Howard. Johnson is a very good player in his own right, he's just not good enough to be the alpha dog on an elite team, which was expected of him in the ATL. However, on this potential Nets team JJ is their third best player. Howard and Williams will take a lot of pressure off of JJ. Wallace is a good player who can play defense. The Nets just need to round out their team and get some shooters that Dwight can kick it out to when he's doubled.
They came close to beating the Heat without Bosh, which is a very limited team. Then Bosh came back and it was over.

Yes. Their strongest positions (Center and PG) are the Heats weakest. They go to double or triple Dwight or Dwill and tey kick it out to Joe Johnsons? SMFH that team can be scary good. Any scrub bench will do.

If you want to play that game...that Celtic team wasn't even close to healthy. Avery Bradley and Jeff Green were out, Pierce and Allen were hobbled on top of the Celtic's age. The Bosh thing doesn't jive when the C's had multiple players out.

I think JJ will perform much better as a third option. That's what he should be on an elite team...

                      I don't think so.

The Heat took a year or so to get into a groove of getting used to each others habits along with getting a style of play for the team to kinda follow, hence them getting Ray Ray. They know they don't have a huge presence in the middle, but they know if they can have perimeter shooting, 2 of the best players in the league and SG and SF/PF and possibly the best and quickest team in transition, teams are still going to have a tough time against Miami. The Nets (if they land Dwight) will obviously be a huge upgrade, but they also gotta get used to each other and the overall style of play the Nets are gonna implement.

I think the Lakers may be a bigger problem overall than the Nets (right now).
