I just realised Tunney has bumped one of his many threads about me in the Thunderdome suggesting that this topic is "having a go at the Jews". I think that the league has dictated the uniforms - they have to conform to certain standards and this includes those vest things.

fiba rules specifically allow shoulder braces, she may not wear a t-shirt but she can still cover he shoulders if thats the issue.
