Duran for my money, Benny Leonard is worth a look too if you like your lightweights, he was a fantastic fighter back in the 20's there is some footage of him around.
I would make best LW between Benny Leonard and Duran IMO.

I don't think Mayweather has a real argument and Mosley had a great record at the weight but not any huge wins at the weight. Where is Benny Leonard, Ike Williams, Joe Gans or Carlos Ortiz, any of those four have a better argument at being the best lightweight of all time than any Mayweather.
