Its been the practice of Arum for years now.
I remember a few years back when he said he doesnt want to promote fights with half arse promoters who only take casino ans hbo money to set up crappy events.

Boxing will be better when Arum passes.

I'm trying to gauge the future for Parker and Lomachenko. We know Parker vs. Ruiz II is coming. There are some fights at 130 for Lomachenko but will Bob work with Golden Boy with one of his stars?
Parker's only just started being co-promoted by TR. If you're waiting for Parker to fight someone like Wilder next, I doubt that was gonna happen if Parker was with anyone else either. His last fight showed he has work to do...Arum hasn't mentioned a Ruiz rematch, but I actually think there should be a rematch. It was a close fight. Whether it falls under in-house or not, that has little to do with anything at this point.

Bradley has made good money with TR, put some solid guys in his resume, but absolutely TR should look to match him with the winner of Garcia-Thurman after his next fight (which I assume will be a tune-up). It's not cool he's only fought once last year. At age 33, if he's going to be in another big meaningful fight, it should be soon.

Lomachenko-Walters needed to happen, in-house or not. Loma has a lot of options at 130 and he might be favored in all of them and those fights might still not happen...it's not like GB is looking to put Vargas in with Loma. Salido rematch should be Loma's priority right now.

I'm talking about TR stars. Lomachenko, Pacquiao, Bradley, and Parker. Why isn't Bradley fighting anybody? Parker is gonna fight Ruiz again. Lomachenko is in a pretty good position because of his weight class and he's the best in the class so Bob will match him outside the stable. But what 50-50 fights have his stars been in outside the TR stable?

I agree with everything you said. But a cpl weeks ago Bob did mention Parker-Ruiz II. He said he had the fight even so he would like to see them fight again.

Don't know why you keep taking these GBP/TR joint promotions lightly. These are not cakewalks for both promoters, especially on Oscar's part because his fighters lost on 2 fights. Matthysse was forced to retire early because of those fights. And did you know how much Matthysse, Provo, Postol made from those fights? A combined total of about $1.5 mil.

Quillin gave up his belt and a career high $1.4 mil purse because he wanted no part of Korobov.

I'm not taking it lightly. I set a specific criteria and you aren't addressing the criteria. Top Rank has always worked with other promoters for their lower tier fighters. I'm talking about their star fighters. I'm using Bradley as a main example. Why isn't he fighting any of the other welterweights? Will Parker fight any of the other top Heavyweight champions now that he's with Top Rank? Will Manny fight outside of Top Rank this year against any of the other top Welterweights that he isn't heavily favored?

We won't ever see Manny or any big fighters from Top Rank fight on another promoters card as long as Arum is alive. For big events Arum wants to keep the money in house. It's the reason Bradley has fought Pacquiao an unnecessary 3 times, when he could fight Brooks, Khan, even Guerrero.

Remember it's this Arum thinking that partially led to the cold war. Where Arum forced fighters to leave GBP in order to have a chance to fight his stable men.

You're basically admitting it's even harder to make big fights in PBC's own backyard, which is full of names like Andrade, Lara, Charlo 1 and 2, Williams, then there is Spence, Thurman, Garcia, Berto, Peterson, non-TR Brook, etc. Logic says if Haymon can't even make these guys fight each other, why are you focusing on fights that are clearly harder to make? This is some kind of diversionary tactic. Tell Haymon to make Andrade vs Charlo first before making these senseless threads. Presumably because of the number of fighters PBC got, they never have to deal with outsiders. But that's not what's happening. Why is Berto fighting Algieri and not Porter or Peterson? Why is Lara fighting Foreman, instead of Andrade? Why is Broner fighting another nobody? Stop this nonsense.

Ok let me put it to you this way since you're trying to make this a discussion about PBC. Before there was a PBC can you name me any fights where Top Rank stars Floyd, De La Hoya, Cotto, Margarito, etc fought outside the Top Rank stable that wasn't a forced purse bid and/or wasn't a heavy favorite?

Bottom line is TR fighters, however TR hate you have in them, fight each other. PBC fighers rarely do and don't want anything to do with each other and would rather fight their individual fights.
