The man arrested is a married father of two children.
The teen was in serious condition at Brookdale University Hospital on Friday, days after the savage attack that nearly left her dead.
“She’s in a body cast,” said a family friend.
When she resisted his attempts to have sex with her, the man punched her and held her over the side of the building and said, "You will do what I tell you to do,'" she told police, according to the official. The man then raped her, the official said.
Police arrived to find the partially clothed teen on the ground.
She told police she passed out during the attack and woke up in pain on the ground. She had no recollection of falling the three stories, the official said.Comment
