I agree with you, but you said Canelo boxed while GGG brawled.

GGG wound up mostly boxing (jabbing) and Canelo wound up brawling while defending well with power counter-punches.

No matter how you slice it they had to rematch. It was a good first fight and I'm sure the next fight will be good too
