Yes, but isn't Garcia not exclusively signed with Haymon? He was after all, considering fighting Linares and Cotto who are with GBP. I think this fight can get worked out if Mikey really pushes his foot on the gas for it.

Haymon & Garcia were totally fine with the Linares and Cotto fights if they didn't require signing exclusive promotional contracts with Golden Boy.

And Haymon & Garcia would be totally fine with the Lomachenko fight if it didn't require signing an exclusive promotional contract with Top Rank.

But when Arum and Oscar have so few stars left, they aren't going to risk one of them getting knocked off unless they benefit from it. Lomachenko and Garcia isn't going to happen. It's a waste of time and energy even discussing it.
