Monzon, Hagler, Lopez, and other greats never moved up in weight. If a fighter is making weight without a problem there should be no pressure to move up.
I'm more impressed by a guy cleaning out his division, than one who cherry picks titles in several divisions as he matures. If he's rehydrating 10% or more though, it's probably time to move up.
