It was Glen " Long road " Johnson who knocked him out.
I think he might've been Anthony Johnson cousin .

Lennox would have knocked him out cold. If Roy had decided to stay as a HW I would have liked to see him vs Mike Tyson though.

Could you imagine inf Lennox landed a big right hand on Roy's Chin.

They would still be doing the count now

The Lewis that was taking hard rights from Vitali? Even that Lewis would have destroyed RJJ.

Roy was too fast, too accurate, too talented.

It would be Oliver McCall vs. Lennox 1994 all over again.

I still remember him yelling out " been a long road " in his Jamaican accent after the win .

Honestly, it would've been better for Roy's legacy if he had ended his career with a KO loss in a Heavyweight unification fight against 2003-2004 Lennox Lewis, rather than going back down to Light Heavyweight and getting knocked out by Tarver (and then 4 other knockout losses at Light Heavyweight and Cruiserweight.)

Many would've said that his only true loss was against one of the all time great Heavyweights. Very impressive for a guy that started his career at Light Middleweight.
