    • Joining this. Lost 10 kgs between July and December 2018. Currently 107.5 kgs and looking to reach 90 kgs by end of April. Training routine consists of:

      Monday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
      Tues: Morning Run
      Wed: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer (AM) / Strengthening Legs (PM)
      Thurs: Rest
      Friday: Conditioning + hitting pads w/ trainer
      Saturday: Sparring w/ trainer
      Sunday: Rest

          Down to 100kgs and we're in early March. That's 7.5 kgs gone in around 2 months which is good progress. Realistically, I'll only reach 90kgs by end of June, however, training is going better than ever. 5x a week has become the norm when I previously struggled to train 3x a week. Will keep posting updates!

            Hey brother your post are very encouraging!! Just be careful with green tea extract studies have shown it to be very toxic to the liver. You may want to drink green tea instead. I'm going to join this challenge and will be following your advice, if you don't mind.

              • I'm down. Still at 100kgs after a year - had gone down to 96kgs then back up to 102 - but looking to drop down to ~90kgs by September. Quarantine or not, let's make it happen!
