I saw this video once on youtube of an interview with some rabbi and he was saying he found it funny how some blacks always bring up slavery and discrimination as excuses for their hardships and what not. A clear cut case of voter intimidation where this man was wielding a nightstick while standing beside a much larger man, both dressed in military style uniform, both yelling racial slurs at whites, while standing at the entrance of a voting station during the November 2008 presidential election.

Both men and the Black Panther organization that they belonged to, were convicted of voter intimidation and were about to be tried, when the word came down from Attorney General Eric Holder to let them go.

Here is a video of one of the men, Samir Shabazz, who got away without so much as a slap on the wrist, free to influence future elections at will.
