Wouldn’t refer to Norton as a top 10 puncher in boxing history

Ken Norton was NOT a devastating puncher. He tended to slap with open gloves and his tendency stand with an ultra wide stance and swing/hook with his blows minimized his ability to put his body weight behind them.

I agree with your list, but I think Julian Jackson always swung for the fences..

Sandy Saddler and Rocky Marciano were actually the same size though Sandy chose to fight as a featherweight and Rocky as a heavyweight. Sandy had a little more power. Roberto Duran could out punch Larry Holmes. Jimmy Wilde is still the single hardest puncher ever to lace 'em up, I've heard say.
