You cannot compare the two cases, they're completely different. I'm not sure I agree with the sentence, but what she did was monumentally stupid.

I dont think many will agree with such a harsh sentence, but it is the mandatory minimum she got. Wasnt like the judge could give her probation cause he felt like it, what she was found guilty of has a mando and that what she got.

People who get caught was certain amount of drugs have to do their mando too.
