Brock Lesnar would murder him. He would just shoot for a takedown and ground and pound. Not even a difficult fight for him to be honest. Lesnar used to CUT to get to 265lbs. He would walk around at like 300lbs. He would compete at probably 275-280lbs?

Tyson in his prime is FAR lighter. FAR smaller and would clearly be unable to ward off the takedowns. Tyson had an amazing build to be a wrestler by the way. Didn't even look like he had a boxers build, more like an MMA grappler kind of build. He and Brock were just total freaks. Truly one-offs.

Tyson is on record saying he would have lost, if he participated in UFC1. Lesnar is way bigger, a more rounded fighter and arguably better fighter than any participant in UFC1.
Since it's a streetfight Lesnar does not have to cut down to 265 like in the UFC, he can run at Tyson with a nearly 300lbs. frame. A pure striker loses to a pure grappler 90% of time. Now Tyson is a beast as far as strikers go, but he ain't gonna stop an elite grappler 70+lbs heavier than him without any special training to do so.
