      How is Chino a sellout??
Got his Floyd check and quit the sport, Maidana would of been a good opponent for the current top welters.....well pre Floyd check he would of. If you were a maidana fan you should be upset at how much of a sellout he's shown himself to be.

Some of you really bought into his shtick, made you think he really wanted to go that extra mile to beat Mayweather! In the end all that cat wanted was a payday, hasn't been in a ring since. Dude has got fat, sitting on his arse in Argentina or wherever he is from.

The dude hasn't even been spotted around the sport of boxing at all...completely gone ghost. But I guess that's what people do when they fight Floyd, they prepare for early retirement. Expect more of the same from McGregor. He'll get his Floyd check and say fook contact sports!
Funny you say that bc Chino was on tv with his brother Fabian... u know right, when he fought last month or perhaps 2 months ago. C'mon man find a real topic for a thread

He's levels above the current best at WW, if he can't get a Cotto or Manny match its no need to look back....Are u denying how brutal those Floyd fights were

A real Chino fan is proud he's able to walk away from the sport proud comfortable, unlike some people taking L's on basic cable channels vs cherry picked Aussies....Much rather him leave with him and the world know, he brought Floyd to the gates of hell twice, and we saw fear in tbe eyes

He had a good career and got out with his health and a fortune. Good on him.

He's cool with me. At his age, and a pretty long career that gave us some fun fights, i can see why he called it a day after making a good pay day.

There were some good fights at 147 i was hoping to see him in after the Mayweather fight. But it looks like he made the right decision and is enjoying life.

Fair play to him also for that Mayweather fight. He put it on him and made it real close. Not what many expected at all.

That isn't even a sell out what you are describing.

Guy got a lot of money in his chosen profession fighting the best guy out there & called it a career at age 31 (although I don't think he officially retired til he was a year or two older) in a sport where great fighters start to around the same age give or take. If anything Maidana got out at the right time to avoid losing more brain cells for his past-prime years when he's less likely to make as much as he did in the Floyd fights.
