            sparring 2x a week
            Pads and Bag work 3-4 times a week
            Running everyday
            Weight Lifting bout 4 times a week
            Bodyweight exercises dailly

              boxing gym - 4 times a week.
              try to go to 24 fitness the other 3 days.
