Default 4 miles in half an hour

Is jogging 4 miles in half an hour any good? I've built up my endurance so that I can run 4 miles comfortably ish, the track itself is probably as tough as doing 5 miles as there's a lot of incline. Recently I've started timing myself and I am hitting the 30 minute mark, I can't seem to get under it just yet.

Is 30 minutes for 4 miles, with lots of hills good? Oh and I'm 23 years old and am 190lbs/86kg.

Thats really good actually. Especially considering youre not training for a running event. I always go for an eight minute mile or two miles in less than 16 minutes and once i reach that I typically have zero issues going 3 rounds as long as im breathing right in the ring.

Yeah I always tell myself that I'm becoming a boxer and not a runner so I don't try to push myself too hard when it comes to getting a better time, I mainly run on the regular for better endurance and to train my legs to be stronger but it's always cool to time yourself.

When I get back from doing a four mile run, I'll have a one minute water break then I'll go into jogging on the spot for 30 seconds, followed by sprinting on the spot for 30 and I do that over for four minutes. After that I do a brief bit of footwork and do a light bit of shadow boxing before I eventually sit down and call it a day for my morning workout.

I feel I could go one round after a four mile run, two rounds... probably but the third I would struggle. But obviously on fight night I won't have gone for a run before it so hopefully I'll be well prepared for three rounds. I wish I could say I know I'll be prepared instead of hopefully. :/

Quit lying....that means you are clearing a mile in less than 8 mins
And going up hills ....
