Everyone has different tolerance levels. People who have grown up with adversity often fair better than those who have lived sheltered lives. Growing up poor and having to fight for what's yours builds strength and resilience in most people. Others either stay poor or try to take short cuts that never work in their favor. Having everything handed to you often just leaves you with a sense of entitlement and unprepared for the world when it inevitably takes a steaming dump on your head.
