Think of all the marijuana, all the *****, all the other less valuable things than marijuana & ***** the innocent man is missing out on. Think of the buttrape he potentialy has to go through, think of dying on a cold cell block, or being driven insane in solitary. NO doubt in my mind which one is worst.

I agree with you, its not right letting a guilty man out before he has paid his debt but I would sleep at night knowingly letting several go free if that somehow prevented 1 innocent man from going to jail.
