Like I very rarely do it, but when I do it hurts like hell.
I know why I do it, I "bench press" as well as torquing my hips and that causse the hyper extension of my elbow.
The solution is dont arm punch when you torque your hips. But I very occasions just add a tiny amount of arm punch just ever so tiny without even noticing it and thats what causes the hyper extension.
Any tips for killing this bad habit?
