OK, so, I got arrested once, but the court threw out my case, and I signed a paper that said no one will ever know about it. What about if I get a job up north?

I think arrest always stick, even if your case was thrown out, it still happened

I was 15 when it happened.

i think it has to do with if it was a minor crime or serious crime?

juvenile records are sealed as an adult! Cant be opened unless a court order. A background check wont get a court order!
