The rich pay at a higher percentage. I dont by into that crap, we are not robin hood and have to tax the rich more than they already do.

Depends how successful and what they use their money to do. Some use the money to manipulate the political system for their benefits.

A country needs to balance budgets. Tax revenue or borrowing. Sensible countries have a progressive tax system.
