  • [LMAO!] Avenatti cancels Texas 'resistance' rally on same day as Trump's.

Creepy Porn Laywer and professional clown, Michael Avenatti strikes out yet again.

He was threatening to hold a resistance against Trump rally at the same time as Trump would have his in support of Ted Cruz in Texas.

Well, as usual and to be expected from this clown, everything he says turns out to be a joke or lie.

While Trump moved his rally to a bigger venue due to extremely high demand (Toyota Center with 19,000 seats) and people waiting in line 24 hours in advance, Michael Avenatti has canceled his counter resistance rally.

Michael Avenatti backs off Texas 'resistance' rally on same day as Trump's

Michael Avenatti has backed off his pledge to hold a "resistance" rally in Texas on the same day President Trump holds one for Sen. Ted Cruz in Houston.

As the Trump campaign announced that more than 100,000 requests were made for tickets for the event Monday, Avenatti told Geoff Bennett of NBC News that a scheduling conflict prevented him from holding a counter-rally.

"It's Beto's show because it's his race," Avenatti was quoted as saying, referring to Cruz's Democratic challenger, Rep. Beto O'Rourke.

Early last month, Avenatti, who is the lawyer to **** star Stormy Daniels, said he would hold a rally to counter Trump's and encouraged "all groups" to join and stressed the need to "fight fire with fire."

"I am excited to announce that I will be leading a large resistance rally in Texas at the exact same time of Trump’s (details tba). All groups are welcome to join. We must fight fire with fire and we must send a message that we will fight to make America America again. #Basta," he tweeted.

His promise to hold a counter-rally came before the Trump campaign announced a date for the president's event.

On Thursday, Trump’s campaign said it moved the Cruz rally to a bigger venue in Texas after citing an “unprecedented” demand for tickets. Trump’s 2020 campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted the venue change, saying the response for tickets to Monday’s rally in Houston has been "HUGE and unprecedented."

The campaign rally will be held at the Toyota Center, which can seat up to 19,000 people for concerts. The previous venue, NRG Arena, holds about 8,000 people.

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for **** actress Stormy Daniels, was hit with a personal judgment of $4.85 million on Monday for his failure to pay a debt to a former colleague at his Newport Beach firm.

The judgment by Judge Dennis J. Landin in state Superior Court in Los Angeles is the latest in a series of setbacks for Avenatti in his longtime dispute with Jason Frank, the former colleague.

Frank has also won a $10 million judgment against the firm, Eagan Avenatti, which emerged from federal bankruptcy protection in March after making promises to pay millions of dollars to Frank and other creditors, including the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.

“My client has had an awful lot of money owed to him for a lengthy period of time,” Frank’s attorney Eric George said, “and it has been delayed through one tactic or another. Today finally the right thing happened.”

Avenatti had no immediate response to a request for comment.

and there it is. this wasnt about rape or metoo movement or survivors or doing the right thing, this was always about money.

all you people who fell for it should have known better.

Swetnick and Avenatti for sure. I'll give Ford the benefit of doubt for the money side, I think with her it was more political.

If I had an important case and read that my lawyer was going out of his way to plan and organise rallies and demonstrations.... I'd start looking at replacement lawyers.

Avenatti is really having a bad day:

Judge: Michael Avenatti must pay $4.85M in ex-lawyer's suit

**** actress Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti must pay $4.85 million to an attorney who worked at his former law firm, a California judge ruled Monday in an order that holds the potential presidential candidate personally liable in a lawsuit over back pay.

The Los Angeles judge ordered the payout the same day a separate ruling came down evicting Eagan Avenatti LLC from its office space in Southern California after four months of unpaid rent.

                    […]

Monday's developments came five months after a U.S. bankruptcy court judge ordered the firm to pay Frank $10 million. The $4.85 million for which Avenatti is now personally liable is in addition to that judgment.
