According to a report out by German Villasenor for MaxBoxing, Oscar De La Hoya has told a Spanish language Radio station that a fight with Antonio Margarito, the current WBA welterweight champ is "definitely" going to happen.

Villasenor reports that Oscar De La Hoya was on 101.9 FM in Los Angeles this past Monday morning on the radio program “Piolin Por La Manana” promoting his upcoming battle set for December 6th against

Manny Pacquiao.

Villasenor reports that on the redio broadcast De La Hoya stated that after his fight with Pacquiao, he will indeed fight Margarito. When asked by the radio show of his of his plans with Margarito, De La Hoya stated: “The fight will definitely happen.”
