  • Golovkin CAN'T make 155 lbs, that's why he won't accept Caneloweight

It's the only plausible explanation for GGG passing up the opportunity to fight ginger, in which would be by far the biggest match and biggest payday of his entire career

It makes no sense for a fighter who's desperate to win over the mainstream audience, whose prime could end at any moment due to old age, for a fighter who has been shamelessly ducked by every top name in his division so far, to waste an opportunity like this, SPECIALLY after claiming many times he can make 154lbs for Mayweather

Heck, years ago, when the Canelo-Floyd match was announced, GGG claimed that facing the winner of that clash would be his ¨dream match¨, meaning he was willing to move down to 154lbs if the winner was willing to take his challenge. He has the chance to face Canelo now...so what has changed?

Well, GGG is getting older, the older you get, the harder it is for a fighter to lose weight while staying healthy and strong. I think GGG has realized he cant really move down in weight without becoming a weight drained zombie.

That's why he won't accept the Canelo match at 155

If he does, it'll be Ward-Dawson or Cotto-Geale all over again, Zombielovkin will be weak as ****, punch resistance all gone, strenght gone, power diminished, etc, and he'll get beaten from pillar to post by the young hungry lion, possibly knocked the **** out

    and think about it..

if GGG, who's considered by many as the baddest man on the planet, most feared and ducked fighter, the unbeatable kazakh monster future P4P#1 PPV king, ATG/GOAT MW in the making, the man who would beat the crap outta Hagler and Monzon, etc gets trashed by Canelo, a guy who's still considered a protected hypejob by a lot of people...then GGG's career would be over

On the other hand, if GGG moves down to 154 to face Floyd, GGG would still lose, but at least he'd finish the match on his feet because Mayweather cant punch for **** and won't take risks or try to go for the KO even against a pitiful zombie, because that's how Mayweather operates.

Getting slapped for 12 rounds and losing a UD against an undefeated fighter who's widely considered as one of the best ever (or even TBE for his nuthuggers) won't hurt GGG's career nearly as much as getting trashed by Canelo, nor to mention that, win or lose, the paycheck would be even bigger against Floyd.

So that's imo, the reason GGG is wasting this opportunity of a lifetime. Who agrees?

Isn't that what happens when you're #1 in your division?

Maybe he HAS already tried it

maybe, during one of his recent breaks between matches he's already tried to drop down in weight a bit to test the waters, and found it very difficult and felt like **** doing it, so he's calculating that he'd be weak as **** if he moves down to caneloweight

maybe he even got *****slapped by sparring partners during his weakened state

that's why caneloweight is a big no no

If he could theyd certainly not announce it before the negotiations even start. He didn't offer 158 either but likely he makes that easy. If and how much they're willing to concede, well find out when the negotiations starts IE maybe next year. GBP is not gonna chance it. He needs to get stripped first, and then CWs are in play

lil g is a coward that is the only reason. Had this coward had the balls and belief inhimself like everyone who reps him and speaks for him, he would have killed Canelo, Ward, Froch, Chavez, etc all by now but no his biggest name is Rosado or Ishada lol.
