She is terrible...her message is terrible. Millenial college students who want their student loan debt wiped out are worse than the Bankers who got bailed out.
On one hand they will criticize Banksters for borrowing tons of money, making lousy investments, losing their assets and having the govt bail them out...while on the other they're doing the exact same thing.... borrowing money from the tax payers [essentially] in the form of student loans, making stupid investments in the form of Liberal Arts degrees and then want to get bailed out [student loan forgiveness] after realizing that they can't get a job.
Different side of the same coin. Except the bankers at least do something productive.

They don't have to do anything. The student loans essentially pay for themselves for those who chose wisely, did their research on which degrees have lots of job prospects. A 100k student loan is 2 years of salary on a 50k a year job. Stay home with mom and dad, keep your expenses low and you're debt free in less then 3 years.

I approve of some govt regulation within the framework that Govt is still in the student loan business [which they shouldn't be]. No loans for those who aren't majoring in any field where skilled labor is lacking according to Govt statistics. If you're not willing or are unable because the classes would be too hard or "so boring lol"...you get nothing.

Our problem is that Government subsidizes these loans and basically hands them out to every young person seeking a college education. This allows universities to raise their tuition to whatever they want since government will pay for it anyways. This then guarantees that this young generation becomes heavily indebted and a slave to the U.S government as student loans have to be repaid no matter what.

No need for an education.
