considering they have Wlad and GGG, Wlad who is a cash cow and GGG who is soon to be one, I'd consider them slighly above the Main Events level but definetely below TR and GBP.

If you mean promotion as in how big the fights are then somewhere in the middle...

Promotion as far as quality/production level, not really lower than GBP or TR, just very "Euro" and different aesthetically.
