  • Scoring a fight is not rocket science

We seem to over analyze and over think the ring game. The assumption that judges have "stylistic preferences" does not justify scoring outcomes we often see. You score punches landed combined with ring control-it's really that simple.

I think that boxing is crooked. I think judges are paid off, there is no other explanation for the relihk-barhtelemy type scoring for example.

How can scoring like this be explained? What process do judges go through to become a judge for a major card????

Where the **** does boxing get its judges?

Boxing judging is still subjective in nature and a good 35% of rounds are at least somewhat debatable. Plus the judges all have different angles so they might not be seeing the same things and all their angle are different from the viewing audience who can see other stuff and go over it time and again rather that just making a snap judgement.
