How long should round be on heavy bag, speed bag, shadow boxing?

When I hit the bag, speed bag, and shadowboxing...Just for fun and to stay in shape at home..meaning I dont have a fight coming up.

What is the reccommend round length for moderate intensity?

What do you usually do? How many seconds or minutes and how many rounds?

Depends what you're looking to accomplish, how hard you're going, etc. There's really no rules. I'll usually do 3min heavy bag rounds but will reduce it to 2min if I'm going hard on the bag (which is often).

This is sounds about right. I do about the same time on drills.
