    Don't have time to read the article, but why they call him Wee-Bey? Thats a character from The Wire.

      Damn near everyone on the wire is based on someone from real life. The singers from Dru Hill lived in one of the row houses most predominantly featured in that show as well.

        I think op just called him that cuz gross was an enforcer for a west Baltimore drug crew and was convicted of 3 murders and got 2 life sentences.

          I was just joking about calling him wee-bey because Reggie was a b-more hitman and I love the show, but you’re right. There’s a ton of real life counterparts and also characters just named after real criminals. Even small lines like “someone in ghost kane’s crew laughed at his shoes” (when someone got murdered in hamsterdam) referred to a real life Baltimore criminal.
