I always laugh at these lawyers, wannabe lawyers when they try to teach ppl how to talk to cops.

Yeah if you're a white, middle aged, lawyer with no criminal record.

Sure the cops will be careful.

But if you're a kid, a criminal, etc.

They know jury and courts will not believe them so cops do as they want and just make up whatever hey want.

All depends on credibility in court with conflicting testimonies.

I've personally witness cops do very many unconstitutional or illegal things.

1. Personal search

No reason. Just get up against the wall and get patted down, empty your pockets.

2. Curfew violation

A common thing. They catch you outside before curfew. They search and hold you just until curfew time.

They release you with a curfew violation ticket.

3. Car search

Can we search your car?

No.

They have two outs.

One just lie and say you gave permission.

Another is to say they saw something from outside the car.

4. Physical violence

I'm not talking about resisting arrest or attacking cops. That's a guarantee to an ass whooping.

I talking about you're already handcuffed. On the street or in a car or in a cell. They can do as they please. Your word against 5-10 cops.

5. Human ****fighting

Whether they're just bored, do it as punishment, or sometimes they just don't like you.

It happens a lot in jail but also in the street.

The worst is when they take and drop you off somewhere you shouldn't be or not suppose to be. Now it's just a roll of the dice. You can get badly hurt or dead.
