    Had my class
    First class we started off with a light work out
    we did like 15 mins of shrimping and swimming
    Then we did a lil breakfalling
    After we worked an escape from a headlock

    Second class
    Light work out
    We worked the escape from a headlock and when we took them down we would mount them and then they would have to get them off and then we would go to the guard and escape the guard and mount again. We worked this for a while.
    Then after we grappled
    I went up against a 3rd degree brown belt, i did really well, he couldnt tap me,We went for like 30 mins. I am extremely good at working position and getting out of and avoiding submissions, but applying them is my weak point
    Then i went against
    a guy who is the same rank as me, this guy is 6'4" 240 lbs and he is solid, he is a ****ing monster. We rolled around i had him going good, i was making him get tired and work for anything he did, he tried for all types of subs, I slipped right out, we stopped after like 15 mins after I accidently kicked him in tthe head
    Me and him grappled again we went for about ten minutes, it was a fairly even match, but when i had him in my half guard he managed to roll me over a lil and get his hand behind my neck and soon the other slipped by my throat and he choked me out
    After that I grappled with my lead instructor, this man is just amazing, he just basically bitched me, but unlike the other times i have grappled with him I am seeing all the different little things he does, after me tapping many times, he complemented me and told me i am doing well and he likes that i stay perfectly calm when grappling

      I am ****ing shot tonight every thing in every class was demonstarated on me tonight, I was getting hit, swept, thrown, and subbed alot. And he wasnt going easy. I am all bruised and ****, but ill be back up and training tommorow.

              Last night went to MA
              helped teach two kids class
              In my first class I worked the double end ball and the muy thai bag cuz i couldnt work on the thai pads with the rest of the guys because of my elbow
              second class we practiced different knife strikes
              third class we knife sparred, I did good

                before i went to bed i did 150 squats and 150 crunches
                and when i woke up today i did 50 squats and 50 crunches

                  then a lil while after did 100 squats then 100 crunches


                  today did 150 squats then 150 crunches
                  and did 3 sets of 50 inverted leg crunches then did 4 sets of 40 inverted leg crunches

                    school started again, making it harder for me to train
                    Im gonna start concentraiting on grappling alot more i think im gonna enter the grapplers edge tournament
