Why's he got to say the same for Loma - Haney if you haven't said the same for Wilder - Whyte?

Bit hypocritical.

That’s one of a dozen or more links to stories on the same topic around the same time. Google ‘em all if you wish.

Funny, all that time Eddie had Whyte on a leash and AJ was champ and Eddie keeps saying how Dillian deserves a title shot ... but never thought to rematch him with AJ? Seems like a real disconnect there.

Maybe after Ruiz finishes repeating his victory over Joshua, Eddie can rematch AJ and Dillian for the IBO title or something.

Why would AJ want Whyte getting first dibs? You know their not business partners right?

Well Eddie has an obligation to represent the interests of both as their promoter. If Eddie really believes Dillian should receive a title shot, he had a champion right there who could have defended against him.

What? AJ hasn't got to do anything to help Whyte out so why would he want to risk Whyte beating Wilder when he could rematch Whyte for big domestic money and unify with Wilder for more money. It was better for AJ to fight them without them losing to each other.

Why couldn't Wilder just take a career high payday and what would have been his 1st/2nd best win if it was so easy?

It's pretty obvious him or his team just don't want that fight.

He offered to. Just wanted AJ if he won.

Now considering Eddie and AJ were both saying they wanted AJ-Wilder, a fight with Wilder vs. Whyte in the UK would be a great build for it. But Eddie made it clear he wasn’t willing to put AJ in with Wilder even if he beat Dilly Dilly.

So Wilder wasn’t interested.

Whyte is a second rate fighter by any measure. Dude even wrote a letter to the WBC pleading to not have to fight Ortiz, a fight guaranteed to put him next in line for Wilder.

And btw, why aren't you Dillian dolls half as upset that he is fighting Wach as you were with Wilder fighting Ortiz?

Dillian dolls talk about Luis being old yet he is less than 9 months older than Wach. They talk about Ortiz's resume (even with only 1 defeat and that to a top guy) while Wach has lost loads of times to average fighters including earlier this year when he was stopped by a guy with 12 fights.

Why are you Dillian fans complaining about Wach the way you've been dogging Ortiz?

What really bugs me is that as a proud champion king and all the other stuff he calls himself he should be wanting to face the likes of Whyte. Thats what makes greats. We cant keep having Ortiz 3,4 or 5. Wilder should be wanting to add top 10 fighters to his resume not talking about freezing them out.

See, Wilder has at least $120m in the bank when he fights Joshua. That is his money. It's essentially in his pocket. That figure will probably increase as the fight builds. So is anyone stupid enough to think Haymon might risk that $120m by having Wilder lose to a patsy like Ortiz he controls? No chance. Also the Fury rematch will be rigged again if it happens. If he loses to Fury he loses that $120m. And only a moe ron would think Haymon would take those risks. This is why Haymon and Sulaiman are roadblocking Whyte. They can't fix Whyte. And Whyte is tough enough to beat Wilder and disqualify Wilder, Haymon and Finkel from getting their hands on that $120m.

Follow the money. Boxing is big business, not a sport anymore.
