To get rid of a hangover, 100% -- you'll hate me for this but it works:

- Wake up.

- Drink a big glass of water. 20-32 ounces.

- Put on your trainers and shorts and go run as hard as you can until you throw up. Hill sprints or wind sprints. I have a whole hill full of stairs for this, with some very well-fed plants at the top.

- Run back. You won't want to run, but the sooner you get home, the better you'll feel.

- Take 3 or 4 Tums.

- Hot shower.

- Big bowl of plain oatmeal.

- Black coffee.

- Water.

In that order.

so basically pull out a .32 and shoot your ****ing mouth out.

Yeah, most likely, your liver is still fine and can completely break down alcohol.
