The acne was very troubling to me to be honest.

I think both fighters could improve on a few things.

Vargas didn't need to throw as many shots as he did. His jab seemed to be more than enough to trouble Broner. That volume punching tired him out unnecessarily imo. Legs looked very week by round 8. He was almost gone in 10.

I think when Cunnigham watches the tape, he'll have AB fight at range a bit more. His counter over the jab late was very effective (maybe it's something there that can be built on). And obviously he could get started earlier. There's no hope for his punch output.

I think the next fight will be decided by Vargas's jab one way or the other.

The fight was their to be won in the 12th but i looked like both fighters were done and didnt mind just letting it go.
I do think Vargas had some help from the pills but which fighters dont now?
Tis why i think if Vargas couldnt get the job done juiced up then in the re-match if both are tested and clean i give the edge to Broner.

I only have Broner 1 round in the 1st 6. He came o. Strong in the later rounds but not soon enough fo the win. 7-5, 8-4 Vargas.

Broner showed improvement with his new trainer in spots. Though, I still think the draw was fair, Broner let his hands go towards the end. Broner has always had a bad habit of starting strong too late.

I have it to Vargas because Broner gave away to many earlier rounds. I cant give Broner more then 1 round in the 1st 6.
