Depends on if he knew she was 13,edit ( ok he did ) yeah that's bad.

I was (possibly) with a 15 yeAr old when I was 29 and touring with my band. She didnt look a day under 25,but she was, and told me she was 23. I Don't think I should go to jail for that.
