The only Hall of Fame that has value is Baseball, because they are highly selective and keep out greats like Pete Rose, Roger Maris and Mark Mcgwire.

Vitali Klitschko definitely deserves to go into the Hall of Fame, although it's debatable whether he's really an ATG heavyweight.
His resume is much better than his haters say, many of his opponents were very good heavyweights. And his dominance in those fights shows that head-to-head, he's one of the best ever.
But that being said, his not-so-great loss to Chris Byrd, the failure of his former promoter Universum to get him more meaningful opponents in the early 2000s, and his injuries resulting in time lost affect his status and make it difficult to say with certainty that Vitali is an ATG heavyweight.
However, Wladimir with his longevity, dominance and deeper resume is without a doubt a bona-fide ATG heavyweight.

Of course.... both Klitschko's are making it in the hall of fame.
Besides when you look at some of these fighters that are in the hall of fame now, like Terry "glass chin" Norris and Barry McGuigan, Vitali is clearly more superior than both of them.
