If the answer is yes, then he is violating the Ali Act, because a manager cannot have a financial interest in the promotion of a boxer. He's trying to be clever NOW after the fact (by thinking that waiving his management fees for fighters on PBC events) that he magically is no longer their "manager", but thats just ridiculous. This isnt some big mystery for CSI:NY to solve.

And remember, this is not a criminal case. Its a civil lawsuit. So the main issue will not be "did haymon act as a promoter", because if that was the only issue, the case would already be over. No, the issue in the legal case is can GBP prove they were harmed and thus deserve damages. THAT is what the judge will be ruling on.......
is pbc a promotional company like Top rank or goldenboy, Main event or is it like Friday night fights that used to come on espn

He might. If the answer is no then he isn't. If the answer is yes-its very possible he is exploiting a loophole sort of like Trump not paying taxes. Thats the point you keep avoiding. He could be doing whatever he is doing legally.

The bottom line is if the court doesn't rule in favor of GBP or if the case is dismissed you saying Haymon is the promoter is more about how you feel then the facts.

Acting like and being is 2 different things. HBO acts like a promoter but they are a network. I said it before-if PBC is copying HBO then how could he be doing anything wrong or illegal?

We will see. Again, my only problem is you will say he is guilty of something no matter what the court says.

"Friday night fights" was no different than say HBO Championship boxing. It is a television show owned by a media company that buys boxing content. ESPN and HBO had nothing to do with event finances such as ticket sales, etc

wrong. The GBP case is about civil damages, NOT criminal conduct. It is a lawsuit, NOT a DOJ investigation. If GBP loses, it isn't because Haymon is not acting as a promoter (he is). If GBP loses, its because they couldnt adequately prove damages.

technically its a little of both. Its a tv show, that is owned by Haymon, who is a licensed manager, but acts like a promoter.
