Who is the favorite?

My neighbor who I hang with often is a big soccer fan. He's from Argentina.

Brazil is the favorite, then Germany, Spain and France.

Argentina are basically GSW without iguardali, i.e they have the best attack but their defense blows balls.

Iceland will also be hard to stop
