Considering the way he has built his image. Would another loss now lead to him giving up on boxing. Or would he continue to fight on even if it means being a 2nd rate fighter in the sport?
Will depend on how he'd lose; if John Molina came in, and wrecked him in two rounds (in primetime on NBC no less), his career would basically be over (would get pushed down to around where Andre Berto currently is).

If Broner-Molina is a straight shootout, with Molina wearing him down late, Broner proves he's got the heart and ability, but shows that he comes up just short; he gets pushed back a bit, but he'd still be a fringe top-10 junior welterweight, 1-2 fights away from getting his world title opportunity. (With a name as big as his is, while still being in his mid-20s, he'd be prime for a voluntary defense of one of the belts)

If he loses, he already has his next megafight on Spike TV against the winner of Josesito Lopez v. Andre Berto.

Haymon won't let the future cash cow AB lose a decision.

Molina needs a KO to win.

He probably knows that as well.

Against Molina yes it hurts him

But against someone like Garcia no it doesn't

Because people will still tune in to watch him:

            - fan friendly style
            - entertaining outside ring
            - aesthetically pleasing style
            - good speed and power
            - will fight anyone

Wlad, B-Hop, Pac and many more have taken losses against lesser fighters and go on to do very well for themselves. Broner could lose here and still go on to be great but it's all about the drive and dedication. Broner doesn't seem to have either of these in great quan******. If he loses to Molina I don't see him being able to motivate himself to turn his career around.

This fight is a great opportunity for Broner. With his speed and combination punching a stationary target like Molina is perfect for him. It could be like DeMarco all over again.

Even if it's not and he wins a war it'll be good for him, being on NBC and all. He just can't get starched. If Molina lays him out he instantly becomes a joke. Maidana was world class. Molina isn't.
