Firefox with adblock plus for starters. That is all I need and works for me. If you want, you can also add the no script for firefox, I don't use it, sort of annoying but works great, it's like having java script turn off.

Not suprised. This place is the only site I go to that has non stop pop ups regardless of what I do.
