Concepcion celebrated at the final bell but it was 27-year old Alexandru Marin (18-0, 11 KO), 114 , of Bethesda, Maryland who had his hand raised in a ten round unanimous decision by scores of 97-93 and 96-94 twice.

Good fight Hurd didn’t have as much will power as Williams tho. Funny thing about that tho it was just a couple months ago Hurd basically said he didn’t see a reason to fight charlo anymore when he lost his belt. Now Hurd in the same boat only thing is charlo got his rematch
