I think he could have, he could have made the JMM catchweight but chose not to. Mayweather wanted to go in to fights in the best condition possible and never dehydrated much weight to achieve it. Even at the lower weights he was only rehydrating 3 or 4 lbs on fight night. Compare that to guys like Pacquiao at 130 coming in 14 lbs heavier than they weighed in.

Go ask the medical professional that approved it. He weighed 149 on fight night. 750ml of water only weighs 1.6 lbs.

im asking you since you said floyd never puts himself at a disadvantage to where he have to cut a lot of weight and that he only packs on a few pounds so if thats true why was he so dehydrated that he needed IV?

Am i a doctor? He doesn't put on much weight after the weigh-in that is fact.
