The guy is fine ... he had this surgery not so long ago and his eyelid hasn't gone back to normal, but his eye is just fine. Cotto should be worried, the guy is actually a madman, like he said in his last face to face he's willing to die and the ring. And of course about the eye, I'm sure he'll be fine during the fight, I mean he could be suffering like hell inside and not seeing crap with that eye but he ain't going to stop, he'll always go for the KO.
