Whatever the answer is Haye made the decision. Not Wlad. Not the WBA no one. And you'd think if he wanted the fight like he says he does he would be willing to take the risk of Wlad getting injured and delaying a few months but clearly he doesn't want the legacy.
Consider it: If he and Wlad fought in July who'd he fight next? CHAGAEV!!! So would delaying a fight with Wlad if Wlad gets injured be the end of the world? Does Chagaev 'define' Hayes' legacy? Does he need Chagaev?
