I've never went to this depth with it, but I've played around with it a lil bit & done my fair share of float tank sh^t so have experience with extreme or more extreme darkness & it does get you feeling more rested/more alert. Float tank sh^t specifically is interesting to me & idk if they've spend much time studying its effect on the body, but I know when I spend 90 minutes in a tank I feel like I can see better & weird sh^t like that, but who knows if thats legit legit or not. I just know I feel massively rested for only taking 90 minutes off the clock.
